Praise the Lord, everyone!

My name is Samuel Acidri and I am from Kampala, Uganda in East Africa. I am a Pastor at ETAT (End Time Altar of Truth) church. My goal in joining this theological academic journey is to deepen my knowledge of scripture and strengthen my ability to effectively preach and minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ to my congregation.

As a pastor, I am passionate about helping my community grow in their faith and relationship with God. However, I recognize that to do this effectively, I need to continuously expand my own theological understanding. This program will provide me with the opportunity to study under renowned scholars, engage in rigorous biblical exegesis, and develop advanced homiletical skills.

My ultimate aim is to become a more dynamic and impactful preacher, one who can eloquently communicate the truths of God's word and inspire my parishioners to live out their faith with conviction. I believe that the knowledge and tools I will gain through this program will equip me to better shepherd my flock and lead them into a deeper experience of the transformative power of the gospel of The LORD, Jesus Christ.

In addition to enhancing my preaching abilities, I also hope that this academic pursuit will strengthen my own spiritual life and relationship with the Lord. By immersing myself in theological study, I anticipate experiencing a refreshing of my own faith and a rekindling of the passion that initially called me into ministry.

I am excited and honored to embark on this journey, and I look forward to the opportunity to learn from my esteemed professors and colleagues. My prayer is that through this program, I will become better equipped to fulfill my divine calling as a pastor and shepherd of God's people, Amen!
