I started the Kingdom & Covenants of the Old Testament segment today and as I think about what I've learned thus far, I really have neglected the Old Testament in my walk and as a minster of the Lord. For the last decade I had a New Testament focus. This lesson is presenting the Old Testament in a new, refreshing and relevant way.

Hi Thomas and welcome to the program. I understand what you are saying about the Old Testament focus and can also see this lack of focus concerning the Holy Spirit in many denominations. It seems the Holy Spirit is conspicuously absent in many modern day ministries and this is unfortunate. I also think many view the presence of the Holy Spirit as a "New Testament" phenomena, (I know I use to), but there are references to him as far back as Exodus when the Lord chose Bezalel and "[F]illed him with the Spirit of God giving him great wisdom, intelligence, and skill in all kinds of crafts" (Everty Man's Bible NLT).
