Hello everyone,

My name is Terrence Higgs, and I'm excited to join this community and engage in meaningful discussions with all of you.

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio and currently I reside in Vacville, ?California where I have the privilege of serving as the founder and lead pastor of The Iconic Church. Our church is a non-denominational community deeply rooted in the teachings of the Holy Bible, and we strive to make a positive impact through faith, fellowship, and service.

In addition to my pastoral duties, I wear several hats. I am a devoted husband and father, which brings immense joy and fulfillment to my life. My journey has also led me to become an author, motivational speaker, keynote speaker, and life/business coach. I am passionate about helping others realize their potential and achieve their goals.

My professional background is in business development, where I have honed my skills as a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive. I have a proven track record in change management, strategic planning, business negotiations, and sales management. My expertise lies in establishing vision and strategies to drive profitability, creating and capitalizing on networks, and managing joint ventures and strategic partnerships with leading companies. I excel in collaborating with core business operations to increase market share and generate sustainable revenues, always striving to be a team builder with strong P&L and general management skills.

On my theological academic journey, I aim to deepen my understanding of biblical principles and integrate them more effectively into my ministry and coaching practice. I am eager to learn from others, share my experiences, and contribute to our collective growth and understanding.
