Hello Brothers and Sisters!
My name is Charlie Monk and I have also just begun the PhD in Biblical Studies journey. I live in San Antonio Texas with my wonderful wife and my son. We have 2 daughters in college right now, and 2 grown daughters with families of their own. I, like several others I see on this page, am a military veteran, and served 25 years. I look forward to using this learning experience to further my knowledge and walk of faith. I would like to delve further into scripture for not only my own purposes, but to help me minister to others. Nice to meet you, Charles. It sounds as if our children are similar ages. Our son is 25 and our daughter recently finished her time in the Navy. It seems like an excellent time of life to utilize our experiences to grow closer to God and His Word.
