Good day, people of God. I deem it a great privilege to be part of this awesome family
My name is Richmond from Ghana, West Africa.
As an individual committed to the church and Christ Jesus, the advancement of the pastoral educational system, and human development in my country, I have always remained passionate about academic and professional endeavors that will enhance my skills, broaden my knowledge, and allow me to be much more inclined to landmark accomplishments in the field of theology and leadership. Being a pastor and educationist with over ten years of experience, I am eager to further my education and enhance my ministry skills. My goal in pursuing a Master of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership at Queens University of Theology is to acquire the knowledge, skills, and credentials necessary to understand more clearly my role and responsibilities as a local church leader in light of a biblical-theological framework of worship. I firmly believe that the mission of the Queen's University of Theology, which aims to “supply the Church with leaders of competence, character, and spiritual maturity, holistically trained to lead lives of eternal impact by fulfilling the Lord's mission while dedicating themselves to making the Church more inclusive for all,” resonates deeply with mine. Also, the university's commitment to providing a biblically-based education that equips students for effective ministry aligns perfectly with my vocational calling. I am impressed by the university's emphasis on integrating theological principles with practical ministry skills, and I believe that this approach will enable me to achieve my goal of providing effective pastoral leadership in my local church. Throughout my ministry journey, I have been driven by a sense of vocational calling to serve the body of Christ. As a pastor, I have been privileged to walk alongside individuals and families, providing guidance, support, and spiritual direction. However, I have come to realize that effective pastoral leadership requires more than just a strong sense of calling; it demands a deep understanding of theological principles, cultural context, and leadership best practices.
Welcome 🙏
