Dr. Adraine Dawson

Dr. Adraine Dawson is a theological educator, ministry leader, and organizational professional with extensive experience in Christian leadership, spiritual formation, ministry training, student mentorship, and program administration. Her academic and professional background combines theological education with organizational leadership, data strategy, and operational support, allowing her to bring both pastoral sensitivity and administrative discipline to the learning environment.

Since 2007, Dr. Chapman has taught and facilitated biblical, theological, and ministry-focused instruction in church and ministry settings. She has provided spiritual mentoring, pastoral guidance, prayer support, and leadership development to individuals and ministry teams. Her ministry experience includes Christian leadership, worship, intercession, evangelism, discipleship, women’s ministry, youth programming, and volunteer development.

Dr. Chapman currently serves as Operations and Data Strategy Manager for Nabi Healing Center, where she supports ministry operations, participant engagement, leadership communication, program coordination, and virtual and in-person ministry initiatives. She also has significant experience in data analysis, public service, regulatory compliance, documentation, reporting, and organizational improvement.
