Dr. Norris previously served as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at Brigham Young University–Idaho, supporting courses in anatomy, physiology, biology, and other healthcare-related disciplines. His work included individual tutoring, study-group leadership, undergraduate review sessions, and direct instructional support for faculty and students.
His leadership experience also includes overseeing church-based educational programs, coordinating instructors and classes, training teachers, and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional activities. Earlier in his career, he served internationally as a mission team leader and educational coordinator, providing doctrinal instruction, organizing group training, and supporting team operations.
