Dr. Seth Norris

Dr. Seth Norris is an academic mentor and educator whose professional background brings together biblical studies, healthcare education, student advising, and instructional support. He has experience guiding students through academic and career decisions, assisting with admissions preparation, supporting faculty instruction, and helping learners develop the skills necessary for success in healthcare and theological education.

Since 2021, Dr. Norris has served as an Academic Advisor and Mentor with Knowledge Efficient, where he provides academic and career guidance to students pursuing healthcare-related programs. In this role, he assists prospective students with application materials, resumes, and admissions essays while helping them identify educational pathways aligned with their professional goals.

Dr. Norris previously served as a Teaching Assistant and Tutor at Brigham Young University–Idaho, supporting courses in anatomy, physiology, biology, and other healthcare-related disciplines. His work included individual tutoring, study-group leadership, undergraduate review sessions, and direct instructional support for faculty and students.

His leadership experience also includes overseeing church-based educational programs, coordinating instructors and classes, training teachers, and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional activities. Earlier in his career, he served internationally as a mission team leader and educational coordinator, providing doctrinal instruction, organizing group training, and supporting team operations.
