My name is Timothy Yeghian, and I live near Mt. Shasta, CA. It looks like Mt. Ararat. I was born and raised in California, but after high school I joined the army to serve as a Chaplain's Assistant in the 82nd ABN. My family, we are Christian Armenians, and my grandparents escaped the Ottoman Empire first to Greece, and then on to the USA. Before the Internet, my ministry was smuggling Bibles into China while teaching at the University of Okinawa and then later into Iran while working for the United Nations. God willing, my goal is to build a small New Testament Institute for manuscript studies but one that has an open door and is centered on teaching Christians how to read from extant manuscripts for themselves.
