wanted to share because this helped me. There is no growth without conflict. All growth exists in the midst of conflict. Conflict is either dirt or soil. Soil, nurtures or fertilizes but dirt is where things simple fall dead. Conflict will exist any relationship. Romantic relationship, occupational relationship, familiar relationship. Conflict is going to happen. Don’t run away from conflict but run towards conflict. Because all of the growth is found in the midst of the conflict. And when you make it to the other side that’s where the love is, that’s where the trust is, that’s where the respect is. There’s no growth without conflict.
